What's the structure of your day with a 7 month old?

Just that.

I'm working really hard to get structure to our days as I'm back working two days a week. When do they wake up? Meal times? Naps? Etc

Thank you

There is none! They eat at regular times but nap on the go. I don’t attempt full afternoon naps until after 12 months - pointless in my experience (with two other children).

Mine's just turned 8 months but since about 6 months it's been something like:

6.30 wake up, bottle
8.30 nap for about an hour
10.30 snack
11.30 sometimes a catnap while we're out in the pram
12/12.30 lunch
2pm bottle
2-3.30 nap
5pm tea
7pm bottle and bed

Those often change a bit though depending on if he's woken up in the night/decided to start the day at 4.50 like today 🙄. He was breastfed until about a month ago so feed times etc were a little bit more hit and miss until he was on bottles

When mine was 7 months we were on -

6.30/7 - wake up and breastfeed
7.30 - breakfast
9 - nap
Somewhere between 9.45 and 10.30 - wake up
12/12.30 -lunch
1ish - nap
3ish - wake up
5.30 - dinner
6ish bath
7 - breastfeed and bed

Milk feeds were just as and when he fancied it. Usually before/after naps.

11.45 lunch
12.30 -2.30 nap
3pm milk
5pm dinner
6pm bath
6.30pm milk
6.50pm bed

Ah good! This is very similar to what we have. He's a bit of a late to bed late to rise at the moment and still wakes loads in the night buy ours days closely mirror what's been shared
