You linked to it on the eyebrow waxing debate thread so I've already added it to my Amazon cart for next time. Would help if my 9-year old could read, though!

"She used to be the quiet, lonely 'weird writer girl' in her school until one day, she realised that all she had to do was Think Pink! Suddenly, Lola was reborn as a happy, self-fulfilling, positivity magnet with a big order of cool friends on the side."

She CAN read, of course - she just doesn't. She'd far rather be fiddling about, standing on her head, hanging upside down from her bunk bed, tap dancing round Waitrose or whatever. I am very of anyone with children who read (although DD1 does read constantly, so I guess one out of two ain't bad!).
