Sleeping & bedtime routines

Just wondering what people's bedtime routines are for their 9month olds?

My boy is recently refusing to sleep. I'm up day & night with him & it's really wearing me down. He refuses to go to sleep for anybody but me, when I do finally get him to sleep he just doesn't stay asleep. He is being weaned having 3 meals a day but still has 4/5 bottles of milk also.

Most nights he will have a bath and then go into bed with a bottle, he has white noise/lullaby's (we have also tried without) & is in his own cot but still in our room, we have tried him in his own room but I have to get up to him so many times in the night it was best he move back into our room.

For a nights sleep I often end up bringing him into our bed or getting him back to sleep with milk, though he's not always hungry.

Day time naps are nonexistent, especially if he is with the child minder while I'm at work. He just does not nap, if he does fall asleep in his pram on walks he wakes the second we get in home. He sometimes falls asleep if I lay down with him but may only sleep for 30-45mins.

I understand he may have a lot of bad habits but these were purely done out of desperation for him to sleep.

Any help would be appreciated!

Nine months is really tough for sleep. There's a massive sleep regression, and things might just get better soon.

I really do think that naps might be the key to this though. Is he at the childminders most days? Does she have any suggestions?

It's perfectly normal to bring baby into your bed btw. You'd be surprised how many people do it Smile
