So my dear daughter was misbehaving and we had an argument and I sent her to her dads telling her no respect of this home you can't live under this roof .
I had no contact with her until today three weeks on I gave come to know that her dad has gone on a holiday with his family leaving her alone.

She is 17.
She won't talk
To me or come back to me .
Am furious at hus negligence .
I am worried for my daughter .

Please tell me what to do .

He's not being negligent. A 17 year old can stay/live on their own.

She's 17? Lots of 17 year olds live alone. She left home because you threw her out, it is not surprising she has not come running back to you. I think you both have bridges to build but it will take longer than three weeks for things to settle down enough for you to be able to sit down and talk.

you are totally over reacting to him going on holiday and her being in the house alone. she is 17!

I think the negligence part is a bit OTT. She's 17, my parents went away all the time when I was 17 and I use to love staying at home alone.
From experience when I was younger I always wanted my mum to suck up to me a little. If she won't talk to you and you really want to fix it contact your ex and see if you can drop by the house.

First of all: She is 17, almost an adult, she could live by herself, so there certainly is no negligence in leaving her home alone for a while.

Secondly: If you kick your daughter out of the house because she was misbehaving, telling her to live with her father and sulking for weeks, not contacting her, it's her father who decides, not you.
