8 month old refusing any fluids

Hi after some advice
I have an 8 month old daughter who has over the last few weeks reduced the amount of formula feeds she'll take to about only 12pz a day.
Last week she was diagnosed with a chest infection and bronchiolitis and since Thursday has refused any fluids whatsover. She just turns her head away and cries. We have tried formula/ juice and water in different bottles and cups to no avail. We ended up in hospital with her on Friday and were told to syringe water into her every 5 mins while there. But this isn't sustainable for ever as I have a 3 year old too. She just screams and we have to pin her down to do it. We have had to give her antibiotics and medicines via a syringe last week so I don't know if this has given her a phobia about the teat going in her mouth?!
The thing is she is eating fine bit fussy but taking fruit and veg pouches and yoghurts and sometimes porridge so is having wet and dirty nappies (not as many as normal) so wouldn't say she is totally dehydrated. I'm worried she's not getting enough nutrients not having the formula.

Any tips or has anyone been through this before?

I'm not a medic, and I don't know how sick your LO is now. If she is having more than 5 wet nappies, she's hydrated (although get that checked by a gp).

Water down the pouches and any other food you can get away with, especially so if you can get some formula in them. Can you dream feed her formula?

If she's developed an aversion, it apparently takes about 3 days of absolutely no pressure from you (this includes too many bottle/cup offers) for it to start to fade, and her to pick up again and trust that she wont be bullied. My 6 month old has an aversion and can only be fed while asleep (naps). It's painful to do so all day, and I've had months of it. His meds and milk keep being changed so I've not been brave enough to tackle the aversion as above yet.

Good luck :)
