I am to ashamed to do this under my usual ID, sorry.
I am really not the kind of mother I want to be at times. I have a nasty temper, which means I swear and shout far to much. Not really mummy behaviour and I am not proud of it.
Why can't I get myself under control.
What can I do to get myself under control? Because I do realise, whilest doing it, that really it just makes me feel worse as I then rant myself into a rage, which is so pointless and energy zapping. And I don't want my children to be scared of mummy or something like that.
Luckily my children are well enough behaved to know how naughty it is to swear and they don't. But , well, that just isn't good enough

I'm so impressed that you get up to exercise. My sorry bottom will not leave my bed till I absolutely have to. I'm sure you aren't waking the dc up - could it be the summer hours? I find my 2dd's are up a lot earlier now that its light so early? God, you have got me thinking about exercise now (and feeling v guilty as had to munch my way through a caramel bar when reading all this!)

lol...oh dear....I really do enjoy doing exercise though...although didn't realise it until I started doing it again....
obvioulsy I go ahead doing my exercise anyway, and my Kids now have learned that in that time I am more or less not available to them....saying that, every now and then they behave so horrible when I am doing my exercise, that of course it hasn't got the desired effect of de-stressing me.

Thank you all for your replies...better turn teh PC off now and get ready for bed and things like that....saying that, my youngest had a nap, so, no idea what time he will go to sleep tonight.
Weird thing was, I don't understand why he was tired today, as he had slept from about 5pm yesterday till this morning around 6.30am....which is very unusual, but he must have needed it....so, why did he nap today....grrrr...

Yes, had better go too. Keep your chin up, good luck with little one tonight, and have a good long (!) sleep. ;-)
