Does anyone know if I have to provide my children with everything they will need to stop at their fathers?
He is expecting me to provide everything from clothing, bottles, nappies ect.

No why should you? He needs to have his own stash of stuff for them.

That is what I thought but I am unsure what the law says as to what I have to supply with him paying maintenance but thought maintenance was for when I had them and not on the days he does.
I don't mind car seats and pram but for everything else I feel like I shouldn't have to do.

Maintenance is for when you have them, towards clothing/nappies/bills/food etc
Your maintenance reduces if he has them so he needs to provide them with everything they need at his

I did ask him to help towards school uniform, new shoes ect and I would happily send stuff for the kids but he said no so now in the long run it will be costing us both more.

Nappies no but I would send bottles, clothes etc as for how long they are used its bad for the environment to have two sets of everything.

Depends on what it is, consumables he should provide but equipment and clothing (especially when they grow so fast) may make more sense to pool resources. Most people do work out an amicable system but can take time.

I would happily provide if he was willing to help pay for extra stuff like school uniform, clubs ect but he is paying the basic and nothing else.
