Can my ten month old have Philadelphia light spread onto toast? Thinly not loads?

I'd probably give full fat Philly at ten months. Same as children need full fat milk etc.

I'd say yes, but full fat, nothing 'light' as it's full of shit. (including light yoghurts etc, children need full fat).

However, I haven't had a baby for 7 years so rules may have changed!

But otherwise, I don't see why not. Philadelphia is pasteurised as far as I know.

I give my 11 month old cheese spread on toast sometimes. She likes the garlic and herb soft cheese aswell. I do always use full fat where I can though.

It won't hurt to use a low fat product this once.

Full fat are better tbh. Less junk added.

If it's all you have, it's fine. But I'd otherwise use the full fat version. Light versions of anything usually contain more sugar and salt to make up for the fact they have less fat and aren't so tasty.
