Funny little rash on 22 month old's face

Don't worry, GP booked! But just thought I'd ask on here if this looked reminiscent of anything, to assuage my (inevitable) anxiety a little.

She seems fine in herself. Rash first appeared yesterday but seems a little bit worse today. It's only on her face and doesn't appear to itchy or bothersome at all. She's fully up to date on all her vaccinations.

The profile shot is today, others are yesterday.

Possibly worth adding that she now has a mild fever, although is still otherwise fine in herself.

Slapped cheek syndrome?? Should add, am not a doctor.

My son had scarlet fever a couple of months ago and it looks similar to how that started, the rash spread to his body after a couple of days

Thanks folks, am keeping a close eye on her, hoping doc can shed some light.

I initially thought slapped cheek, then "oh blast is it rubella?" (she is vaccinated, but I caught something I had been vaccinated against as a child).

Then with some sinking of the heart thought about scarlet fever - I had a bad reaction to it as a child that resulted in long term autoimmune issues.

No point getting myself worked up, anyway. Thank you for responding, will see what the GP says.
