Since lo (3) started creche, and since she became a toddler in general, we've all been sick pretty much continuously. And she's only in for 3 afternoons a week!
It's just one virus after another, despite all of us trying to be as healthy as possible.
I'm at the end of my tether now. I had hyperemesis for my 2nd pregnancy (baby now 3 months) and I was vomiting all day every day for at least 6 months, along with other health issues. I was so looking forward to not being pregnant so I could be healthy and active again. But d'you know what's happened instead? I've had a massive dose of cold/cough/sinusitis that took 6 weeks to clear. Another 2 colds. And most recently the vomiting bug, where I was in hell for a week. I mean, it was AWFUL.
OH gets it too, and has to work long hours.
And baby has had 2 colds in her 3 months on this planet.
3 year old is constantly snotty, coughing but generally pretty well and upbeat.
So this is it, yea?
**please don't suggest vitamin C ;-)

No advice, other than it will get better. I assume your 3yo is picking it up from nursery and passing it on to you and the rest of the family? She will probably pick up a lot less when she builds up her immune system. My son my eldest went through a stage of catching everything and often passing it onto me. My daughter didn’t get ill half as much when she started pre-school because she had built up some immunity from her brother.

Summer will be here soon ☀️ Nobody seems to get ill as much then!

It does get better for sure, especially in summer. Does your 3yo take a quality multivitamin? It definitely can't hurt. Sadly they just need to grow a bit of an immune system. It doesn't happen as badly with DC2 as they are exposed more gradually as a baby.
