Losing the will with toddlers eating habits

DS is nearly 2 and was a perfect baby for weaning, eat everything we gave him and moved only lumper foods well.
However he now is going through a really fussy phase where he won't eat things with a strange texture: Mince, Pasta, Rice pudding, cooked chicken, lamb, beef or pork. Won't eat lasagne, cottage pie spag Bol etc. He just pushes it to the front of his mouth and sticks his tongue out going 'Yuck' and then spits it all out 🤦🏻‍♀️
Somethings come out quicker than others!
It this a common thing for toddlers not to like some textures or is there something to be concerned about? Or has he just decided hat he doesn't like these things?
He eats well otherwise, cereals for brekkie, toast with various toppings and sandwiches with various fillings for lunch, hot cross buns, and dinner chicken dippers, COD bites, waffles, sweet potato chips with peas, beans, sweet corn, peppers, cucumber and tomato.
He snacks well, healthy snacks and eats all fruits.
Any similar experiences much appreciated!

Have you tired blw and no purees. This sounds like a common phases to me as toddlers develop at a rate maybe babe learning a new skill. Don't give babe favourites and make sure babe is sharing family meals. Also if it's a phase it could be wanting to transition from highchair to bug chair. Common phases common phases:
Favoring bm/f over food/playing/refusing to eat/lack of interest in solids
Spitting food out
Gagging
Sucking on food
Food stuffing/chipmunking
Biting off big chunks
Throwing food & gear
Crying when placed in highchair
“Windshield Wiper”
Food strikes
Feeding mom/dad/siblings
Not wanting to sit at meal times
Grazing
Weight changes & new skills (in toddlers)
Refusing to try new (or old) foods
High Chair Fits & Transitioning to a Booster
Feeding Regressions
