New mum baby clothing help

Hello

Tomorrow I have to go to family birthday for an hour maybe with five month old DD. It is outside and there will be a bonfire. Starts 7pm.

DD is a hot baby. Forecast says freezing tomorrow night so around zero, although not till later.

Would you do baby grow and have her in carrier with hat and my big coat?

Or snow suit and carry her? Plenty people will be there to have a cuddle.

Or other option?

I'm confused as fire will be hot but weather cold. I didn't think snow suit in carrier was advised. Or fleece baby grow? I won't stay long.

Thank you. From a confused new mum.

Babygro, carrier, your coat, hat and snowsuit - keep it flexible so you can adapt as needs be. Have fun and don't worry.

Is the buggy an option? Sit her up so she can see, but is far away! Then fleece babygrow on so she can be taken out for a cuddle as needed. Various hats and blankets so you can add/takeaway as needed. Take the carrier as well maybe!

Fleece baby grow and a carrier would probably be ok

Baby grow thin snowsuit and hat, you cant sit near the fire it will be to hot and if you see far away you won't feel the heat... this is wHat I did with DD bonfire night x

Thank you, buggy not an option as fairly remote.

Will have pick up so can take a variation. I fear she may object very early on so hopefully all this worry won't be necessary. Bed time and all that.....

Thank you for thoughts.
