Alternative Hobby ideas for 11 year old with ADHD?

Any suggestions for some hobbies we can try for 11 year old DS. I am sad to say that he appears to be utterly addicted to games consoles and we have taken the decision to remove them from our house as they're not helping his adhd symptoms.

I have enquired with scouts but not sure it will be his thing. He already plays football. Football training precludes him from rugby as the clubs play matches at the same time. Any other ideas?

Climbing. It's great.

Is there anything he is interested in that he could start collecting? Photography?

Lots of children do Cricket once football has finished for the season.

Kickboxing
Drumming
Judo
Cycling

All based on the things my DS (also ADHD) liked at that age for any length of time

Things he tried and liked for a very short while
Climbing
Tennis
Archery

He is 14 now and the only thing he hasn't stopped doing is the drumming (sigh!)

Both of my kids have ADHD.
I can recommend athletics clubs and Parkruns (free) on Saturday (and Sunday if you have a junior one near you).
Get on the waiting list for the cycling club, there's some research out there to suggest cycling is excellent for regulating some ADHD sysmptoms. I'm talking racing cycling not pottering round the park though.
Swimming club?
Join extra football clubs?
Trampoline in the garden.
Swing ball...really really good for bashing out anger/aggression.

Neither of mine can do things like board games as they cant concentrate for long enough. We do let them have ipads/xbox but heavily restricted use. They are very good for calming them down, but we regulate their use and the type of games. DD likes drawing apps which calm her.

What about other games like war hammer or the card based games like Pokemon, magic the gathering and yugioh?

And skills toys are pretty cool-begleri, pen spinning, cardistry (which is damn cool if you ask me!) contact juggling, that kind of thing?

Thanks, there are some great ideas here for us to get started on. He's not going to engage in much for the time being I don't think but once he realises the consoles aren't coming back hopefully he'll be a bit more open to other interests and having some taster sessions.
