No wet nappies for 10 hours

So my LO is 15 weeks, she drank only 300mls today instead of the usual 600mls. We haven't had any wet nappies since 8am this morning, it's now 6pm. She alert when she is awake and no temp. Drs aren't concerned but said to phone 111 if she hasn't had any wet nappies by 10pm. I've tried giving her small feed and cooled boiled water but she is spitting everything out. She normally has 7/8oz bottles but today I'm struggling to give her 3oz, I'm literally pinning her down.

I'm so worried. Has anyone else been through the same thing or got any advice?

Did the Dr say to give her calpol? I'm just guessing that she's reluctant to feed because she's perhaps got a sore throat or tummy pain? It's got to be worth a try if you haven't already, because it sounds like she's not taking enough liquids?

Poor you. So worrying when they're poorly and tiny.

Oh, you can try syringing milk/water into the side of her cheek but get her held/sitting upright. It's harder to spit out but it will be tiny bit by tiny bit.

Shes just had a wet nappy and 110mls of milk. Still only had just over 400mls compared to her 800

My LO did this bottle refusing at a similar age...Turns out he was consolidating his feeds to every 4 hours instead of 2/3

But he was having wet nappies so while frustrating it wasn’t concerning.
