Worms? No harm to give her a dose especially if she’s waking up at night over it.

Other thing is the constipation might have given her a tear/fissure. So do keep the treatment going regularly to help it heal if that’s the case.

It’s hard for a 2 yr old to communicate what’s sore or itchy etc. I’ve had years of problems with my now 3 yr old as she holds her poos since a tear from constipation. It’s REALLY hard at times. Poo issues are a nightmare.

Inside her bottom? Anus, buttocks or vagina? I would definitely try deworming again.

How is her conspitation at the moment?

Is she still in nappies?

Inkydoll · 24/02/2019 08:00

I only wormed 3 weeks ago. Inside her bottom I think she points there and says hurt me.
her pooh is hard but passing fine at the moment.
Yes still in nappys but we have lots no nappy time and try use potty as much as possible.

What treatment are you giving her for the constipation?

Inkydoll · 24/02/2019 20:47

We use coloxal drops lactulose and molaxole and also gave me suppositories as well. Only use when needed. This happens even when not constipated. Im at a loss to what is wrong.

If the poo is hard, maybe it's uncomfortable before it comes out. Try chopping up prunes into some porridge or get some prune purée for her (Ella's kitchen do one).
Maybe soft poo would help?
I'd recommend seeing a specialist though if the gp doesn't take it seriously. Go with your mum instincts xx
