Flamingo land

My 3yo really wants to go to flamingo land for her 4th birthday in May, I've told her no as her baby sister is only 7m and I've said we need to wait until sister is older which she is fine with but...

Would it be a bad idea with an under 1? Is there anything for her to see/do?

Never been before. I'd love to surprise her on her birthday but will wait until next year if needs be

I don't think it'll be any better for your younger dc of you wait until next year tbh... take her this year.

The indoor soft play has an area for the very youngest. Even the outside play area has a few smaller slides. The meerkat enclosure includes viewing domes, allowing face-to-face interaction which my toddler loved and she also enjoyed stroking the rabbits and guinea pigs in the petting farm. There’s a new Peter Rabbit themed area which would also be suitable.

I went in the summer with my then 6 year old and then 15 month old. Massive queues everywhere 6 year old hardly got on anything. Wasn't much for the 1 year old. She'd just started walking so enjoyed a splash around in the sprinklers with her big sister. The zoo was good but so many waspsBlush.

Does she want to go on the rides? You could let her spend a bit of time on kiddie rides while you wait with baby then spend most of the time in the zoo?
