10 (nearly 11) month old constantly crying. HELP!

My DD is 11 months in a week or so. Over the last few weeks she has been absolutely impossible. She has just mastered crawling and pulling herself up and I thought this would ease frustration but it hasn’t. I thought she was teething as she’s been having explosive nappies (probably for a month now) but she’s not dribbly/is eating well & cheeks don’t look red.

She’s also sleeping for a really long time during the day. Two naps at 2-2.30 each time.

She used to be happy to sit and play with her toys whilst I did some bits around the house and now she’s not interested in any toys and cries when I leave the room (but doesn’t cry when I leave her at nursery?!).

I feel like it’s only when she’s around me she’s like it. She literally whinges all day, every day from the second she wakes up to the moment she goes to bed and I’m exhausted. Does anyone know what could be the matter with her?

Mine was like this although a bit younger, and they ended up on soya milk. Once they started eating more they were fine with dairy. How much other drinks is she getting. Think it might be worth going to you gp and seeing what they say.

@Skinandbones She has a bottle or formula when she wakes up and one before bed. The rest of the day she just drinks water. I did wonder whether she might have an intolerance which is making her unhappy (and would explain the terrible nappies).

Well the gp could refer you onwards, they could check for any allergies. Dairy was the first thing that came to mind but fibre, fruit and veg could cause a explosive nappy. You could start a note book with her meals and drinks and what happens after. The sleep she is having during the day could be because she is exhausted. Tbh it's all I can think off obviously a gp would know more. Hugs
