Getting full custody

Sorry I don't know where to post this but does anyone know much about it?

I don't even know if it's worth doing but it would be a massive piece of mind. My kids dad leaves whenever he pleases and isn't bothered, he says he is for show but when it's closed doors he's not. For my piece of mind I'd like to have full custody.

He's kicked my oldest when she was 8 months out of his house when we stayed there.

Doesn't pay for them.

Doesn't cook, clean up after them, bath them etc.

When he comes over he just watches me with then or comes over for me about 8 at night. (I've wised up and realised this).

Is any of this likely to get full custody or am I just being wishful?

Thanks in advance

Why go back to him when he kicked an 8 month out of the house?

It sounds like you already have "custody". What is it exactly that you're wanting? If the kids aren't safe alone in his care then let him take you to court for access to them.

He doesn’t live with you. Change the locks and don’t let him back in. If he wants to see the kids he can let you know.

I want peace of mind from him thinking one day he will just show up and demand them or one day he will go to court

I just want to be worry free

You won’t be worry free. Sorry. As their father he can apply to court for contact and will likely get it unless he is deemed a risk to them.
