Toys and stuff for a super energetic 3yo

Dd has just turned 3. She has always been extremely energetic and needs lots of physical activity all the time. We go outside ( playground/ garden/ scooter/ bike every day) and during term time she goes to gym class and a sports class. She has a wobble board at home.

But I need more ideas to keep her busy and active when we’re at home as she just won’t sit still. All she does at home is climb on the sofa and jump on and off the bed.

What do you’re super active pre-schoolers do? Any particular toys or activities that keep their attention?

Skipping rope
Swimming lessons / spend an afternoon at the pool
Trampoline for the back yard
Little athletics, soccer
Electronic drum kit
Household/gardening tasks: shovelling snow, pulling weeds, digging holes (maybe you want to plant a fruit tree), turn compost with a fork, stack firewood, vacuum (if you have an old style vacuum with a body and hose attachment, the all-in-ones would be too big and heavy), sweeping (with child size broom), help with laundry every day by running around all the bedrooms gathering dirty clothes and bringing to you one at a time

A bubble machine. They're really cheap and my DS would spend all day running around catching bubbles.
Space hopper
Stomp rocket
Kick swingball
Dancemat

My 3 yo was like a dog. Twice daily walks or he’d start going stir crazy. On days when this really really wasn’t possible I got a toddler slide (cheap from Argos) which was a permanent fixture in our dining room for about 3months, then it went in the garden in better weather. It was enough for him to do laps of up the ladder and down the slide, then would play putting teddies down or wheeled toys. Novelty took a long time to wear off!!!

My son will be 3 in a couple of weeks and sounds very similar to your daughter. He won’t sit down and play with toys he just wants to run around the living room playing chase. We go out twice a day to the gym/soft play etc in the morning and then the park in the afternoon. I’m buying him a full sized trampoline to put in the garden for his birthday. Hoping this will help burn off some more energy when at home (and will give my poor battered sofas a break...)
