4 month old naps

Just curious to what your 4month old babies do for naps.
I know not all babies have routine at this age.

Like on average how many naps per day, average length and what time /length is the last one. Also curious to know what time is bed time.

DD is now 5 months but is still on same nap routine as she was at 4 months.. she does 2 hours awake and 45 minutes nap - if I'm lucky.

I think she should be doing a lot longer naps by now but she's only done about 3 naps longer than 45 minutes since she was born!

Shouldn't moan though, she only wakes once a night and apart from the sleep regression weeks, she settles back down without much fuss.

So it works out about 3/4 naps a day depending on how early she gets up and her last nap is about 4.30/5 - I can't do away with this one yet because if she goes without then she'll be ready for bed by 6 and then she's really unsettled all night.

My SIL did everything to not allow her children to nap so late but it just doesn't work for us.

Thanks for replying @tryinganewname what time do you do bedtime at? Also does you last nap start then for 45mins or end?

Starts then, so her bedtime is usually 1.5-2 hours after it ends. Latest she's in bed is 7.30 and she sleeps then until around 4am.

Mines up for about an hour / hour and a half then only naps for 30 mins. Works our about 5 naps a day...annoying but what can you do! Guess that’s her schedule...
