Nappy bag for a toddler on a stroller

Any suggestions please? I have a baby nappy bag which is largely empty now as we only need the essentials (bottles etc are gone) and we have switched 14mo to a stroller so it wont hang like it used to.

So we need a small practical bag that will go easily on a two handled stroller. I appreciate we could probably just use a normal bag but would appreciate any words of widom if there are any bag brands which have proven useful still to compartmentalise snacks and nappies etc

Thank you

Not one to hang on a pram, but would you consider a wet dry bag to tuck inside your own handbag? A couple of nappies and a half empty packet of wipes should be enough at this age. For snacks you can just take things that are already packaged and easy to throw in your own bag, or bananas/apples?

I usually use a leather backpack at this age so that i've got free use of my arms.

I used a rucksack. Could go on my back or over the buggy.

I agree. Child rucksack if planning on childminders/nursery or rucksack type bag for you. You'll get years of use out of it

I would recommend a normal rucksack. It can go over the handles of the stroller or on your back when the toddler wants to toddle and not go in the stroller.
Also bear in mind that your probably not long away from potty training so you will need to carry loads again. Many many changes of clothes and I've been carrying a carry potty for 10 months. It's heavy so if I didn't have a decent rucksack I don't know how is manage all the stuff

Another vote for a rucksack. My buggy had just one handheld bar so I lengthened one strap and hung it like that. We are past the changing bag stage but still use the ruck sack. We also had a small wet bag (A4 size ish) with a handle which held a few nappies etc. Was handy for shorter trips and to go inside my hand bag. Probably got more use than the ruck sack once we got past the baby food stage. Say from about 12m.

Great thanks I will have a look for a rucksack. I havent owned one in years but it probably is the most practical.

DS has a skip hop lunchie for food for the childminder but I guess if I can find a large enough rucksack it can go in it or clip on the side.

Now to find a nice one for me Smile

Ruck sack is definitely best as soon you will be running around with her without the buggy.

Don't know if it's too small but I use the jojo maman bebe mini changing bag. It's really handy and can go on the buggy handle

TK Maxx is good for nice rucksacks. Mine is just a normal, somewhat stylish I would say, rucksack with a load of pockets rather than an expensive 'baby' one.
