Will this go on my notes

I had to take my baby to the doctors for the third time in 10weeks today. Every time I've been, it's been a really bad day and I've burst into hysterical tears where I just can't stop.
He's not had anything seriously wrong but they have all been situations requiring attention.
He's my second baby and I didn't go to the doctors with her until she was at least 6 months old.
Will they record my tears (which are just tiredness overload) on his notes?! Or mine?! Or just ignore it?

Don’t worry when I had my first I can’t even tell you the amount of times I took her to the doctor in the 6 months. I was a paranoid parent who at the slightest illness had to get her checked out. I had terrible health anxiety for me and baby and I remember the doctors use to just laugh, in a friendly way and say “is It your first” but trust me like they said to me we would always rather you get them checked then not. I cried lots and they recognise it’s hormones and sleep deprivation. They probably have put something on his notes about “mum being concerned and upset” but it’s absolutly normal! Nobody is doubting your ability to parent because of this. So please don’t worry.

More importantly, are you taking care of yourself?

I don’t know if they would but it’s not a bad thing if these things do go on. I’ve taken my DD to the GP a lot for things such as a “wheezy” cough which was actually a normally cough and rashes that were nothing and they’ve recognised that I’m a relatively anxious first time mum and they take the time to explain why something isn’t a worry and what would be a worry etc

If it is the same GP and you have sobbed hysterically in front of them three times, then I think they are doing something wrong if they don’t record it! Or at least check you are ok and this isn’t more than the normal shock of a newborn! Hope you are ok OP, take it easy and don’t expect too much in these early weeks.

Is everything ok op?

Has the Dr offered you any help for you rather than baby?

The best way to do is calm yourself and be tough because when you are calm you can think well you can manage yourself without thinking bad thoughts.

I was told by my GP that I should never worry about bringing in my baby (also my 2nd) if I was worried, even if it turned out to be nothing, and should never worry about crying or getting upset I'm front of her.

As she pointed out, I had hardly see them before, and their job was to support me when times were tough.

Thanks everyone. I'm just struggling with lack of sleep and for some reason whenever I get in the doctors room I just breakdown. I can't control it, which is horrible. I had to really pull myself together yesterday.
I've seen two doctors and neither have seemed bothered about it but I just wondered if they are logging it somewhere. I guess, not that it really matters if they are.
