Ha - half asleep after a long week - don’t usually put kisses at the end of my posts! Confused

£200 each.

I have two DC and I planned to spend about £200 each but I think it will be more like £250-£300. It is a lot but they both have additional needs and often don’t manage holidays, many days out, neither really have big expensive birthday parties so that’s my reason for spoiling them at their favourite time of year!

You can only buy what you afford and this differs between all families. You should never make yourself completely skint or in debt over Christmas. I start in August to spread the cost out.

I also don’t have a lot of other presents to buy as don’t have many close friends and only a small family. Me and the Oh stopped buying for each other a couple years ago. 😊

Will be about £150 on DD1 who’s 5 and £30 on DD2 who’s only 5 months.

We do spend a fair bit through the year on toys, books, magazines etc too.
