Toddler refusing meals...only wants snacks

My 20 month old who usually loves her food and eats 3 meals a day...has now stopped eating her lunch and tea. Instead would rather snack on bits and pieces. I've heard this is normal and just a phase but any advice and your experiences, may be some comfort for me. Panicking slightly!

Wouldn’t it be lovely if we could all do this? Cut the snacks right back OP and make sure she’s properly hungry for her meals and ignore the protests at mealtimes Smile

What kind of this bugs is she snacking on? Could you make a ‘meal’ like a packed lunch and let her pick at it throughout the afternoon? So it satisfies your need for her to eat a proper meal but she’s doesn’t have to sit down and actually eat it all at once

Honestly at this age the dads are so fleeting I’d just go with it
I had one that would eat nothing but apples for around a week, then he just woke up one day and wanted proper food again
Is still rather partial to an apple though

Oh ffs my phone hates me Blush

Don’t feed her bugs, I really don’t think that will solve anything and I certainly hope the stress isn’t causing fleeting dads

Things and fads
Quite how ‘things’ became ‘this bugs’ I have no idea 🙄
