Sudden naughty three year old

I have herd of the terrible twos..... I have a 9 year old that has always been as good as gold. My youngest who’s four in April has always been a sickly child so I do believe we treat her differently. She has recently been unwell with strep throat and ended up in resus with respiratory distress. I do worry about her and tip toe around her to be honest! However she has recently become a horrendous child. It is her way or the high way. She hits and screams no. She will not tolerate anything that she does not agree with, we are really struggling. She’s so naughty now that no matter what we do- naughty step, ignoring her tantrums or not letting her get her own way she still does
Not do it. She will win. Arguments go on an hour and she does not give in! She always wins. I don’t know what to do anymore, I give in after an hour because she is so stubborn that she won’t stop. Help mums! Has anyone had this with a stubborn three year old that knows exactly what they want and won’t have it any other way?!

There was article in Daily Mail about this exact thing two days ago. It's a real condition. Called PANS I think. They need more antibiotics. Apparently doctors are reluctant to do so.

If it’s a sudden change in behaviour I’d get her back to the GP and get them to check her ears, tummy and throat.
