Book suggestion for learning about human body?

I know this might possibly make me sound troll-like, but i promise it is a genuine question.

My 3yo DD is getting very interested in bodies/her body. (Questions i have recently had to field before morning coffee have included “Why do children and grownup men have nipples?”, “Why do we die when our bodies get old”, and “why do grownup women have hair on their botties?”)

She’s asked what the difference is between boys and girls, and i said that the main one was that their bodies were different. She asked how. And i tried to explain but this is where i failed slightly - i’m not self conscious about my body and she has seen me naked countless times. Her dad is more self conscious, and she has never seen him without pants on. I looked through the Usborne “bodies” book i’ve got to find a picture to show her, but there were only cartoon-type illustrations which weren’t particularly helpful. I even tried to google (well away from DD obv) but only got 1) porn, 2) disturbing anatomical diagrams with no skin designed to show the musculature/nerves of the body, or 3) unhelpful drawn pictures which get vague atound the genitals.

So is there an educational book any of you has which has a straight-forward picture of a naked man and woman in it? I thought a picture would be more helpful than a description but maybe i’m wrong?

Wasn't this one ( unless they've changed the cover?!) but it looks similar

Thank you - think the one I have is “understanding your body.” Does the one you had have non-cartoony pictures then?
