Bum shufflers... what age did yours walk?

Not in a rush, just curious. DD is a great bum shuffler, she's lightning fast!

Nearly 2. Both my children were great talkers and late walkers!

My hum shuffler was about 1 when he walked but didnt crawl until he was about 18m - no need!

Bum shufflers are ace but he wore through a few pairs of trousers.

18 months for my son, he never crawled but he was fast on his bum. My son showed no interest in walking before then, he decided to give it a go one day when he was stood up by the sofa and kept practising for a good hour until he just toddled into the kitchen.

Ds was a super chubby bum shuffler who didn't walk until he was over 2!
He's now 13, super lean and the fastest runner in his form

23 months for my bum shuffler twin! She has hypermobility and was pr em so it was more than just the shuffling going on. Interestingly her id sister crawled and didn't bum shuffle walked about 6 weeks earlier. They are 5 now and you can't tell at all!

I had two out of three dcs bum shuffle. DD1 walked at around 16 months. DS at very close to 18 months. DD2 who crawled was about 14 months

DD at 24 months (about 2 days before her 2nd birthday!)

My ds walked at 9 months and dd at9.5, I was hoping they would walk later because once they started I was nackered!

17 months.

18/19 months. He was massive and I was knackered! I do love a bum shuffling baby though

20ish months for my bum shuffler

I'll never forget the day when some random at a play group said to me "do you think he'd be walking now if you'd breastfed him?!"

My DS is nearly 4 years old and bumshuffles and can't walk. I'm dying inside

17 months

10.5 months for our DS and it feels like he hasn't sat down since...he's definitely full on lol
That's the best attitude to have, all babies do things at different ages. As someone said " it's not like they are going to go crawling into uni, they will learn and choose to do it when they're ready"

About 21 months here. Bum shufflers tend to walk late!

DS2 was a bum shuffler. He walked across the kitchen once when he had just turned one then didn't do it again for a good couple of months!

Bum shuffled from 9 months then walked at 13 months. No crawling at all!

Aw, I was a bum shuffler. There is 16 months between me and my younger sister and my mum reckoned that we both started to walk about the same time! . I was well over 2.
