Baby beehind trial pack or £20 discount - help me decide!!!

My council have started offering EITHER a trial pack of Baby beehind nappies OR £20 cashback when you spend £50 on real nappies. I've already bought my nappies a while ago and am using terries so it didn't cost as much as £50. So I don't know whether to just get the free trial pack of beehinds or to treat myself to £50's worth of wraps (currently using the classic plastic pants ).

Any thought on Baby beehinds appreciated to help me make the decision!

Should have said pack contains:

1 bamboo/organic cotton nappy
1 hemp/organic cotton nappy
1 wrap
10 disposable liners
1 care leaflet

I love the Baby BeeHinds nappys, they are birth to potty and gorgeously soft. Haven't used the PUL wrap only their wool one so can't comment on that, but I would prob go for the trial pack if it was me

We bought three baby beehinds for night time - they are brilliant (though they take a long time to dry) - I think a baby/toddler would have to be a vvvvvv heavy wetter to defeat a baby beehind!! - if you think you might need night-time nappies definitely worth it.

Thanks, can either of you tell me how easy they are to wash? I'm wondering if they are 'compatible' with my terries IYSWIM.

They wash fine, wash at up to 60 degrees, any higher and the bamboo will shrink. They are brightly coloured (the bamboo ones, although there is a natural option), however I haven't had a problem with the colours running.

I'd go for the Baby Behinds and look out for excellent condition 2nd hand wraps.

My babybeehinds just go in with my other nappies when I wash them (Motherease Onesize) - I normally do them on a 60 wash - I got the natural colour ones so can't comment on colour fastness (though its seems its ok) - they wash up great and look really nice on (too good to put a wrap over - much nicer looking than my Motherease!!!)

Thanks everyone. I (think!!!) I've decided to go for the trial pack as DH is not too happy about me spending .

I now have to fill in the form but I'm a bit confused...it's asking me to pick a size but I thought Beehinds were birth to potty and every website I can find them on only offer one size .

The only baby beehinds I've come across are birth to potty - perhaps they've made a mistake with the form????????

snugglebumnappies · 12/06/2007 21:36

They are deffinatly only birth to potty, however they are probably asking for size as you said a wrap was included in the pack

nuttygirl · 12/06/2007 21:44

Oh thanks SBN, I didn't think of that!
