Best bottles from transitioning from breastfeeding

Hi not sure this is the right place to post but
I've decided to introduce a bottle to my little one as well as continuing to breastfeed. He's 12 months ( I know I could use a beaker but I prefer not to yet). There's so many bottles that I'm now confused. Can anyone recommend that their breastfed baby took to quite easily please.
Thanks

We use Mam bottles, we tried Philips avent and Dr Browns before this but Mam Is by far the best or is. The tests are soft and easy for baby to take. Hope that helps xx

Helen thank you I will look in to them

You can get glass ones with latex teats, the latex is closest to real feel imo

If you have been breastfeeding then you will have far better luck with a sippy cup - sorry.

We've used Nuk

Thank you ladies, I've been looking at the bottles mentioned and a bit confused between nuk and mam?

No one bottle is better than another, it is all marketing. Pick one and stick to it. I've heard a few people saying they have success with the cheapest bottles so try not to spend too much! I've spent £20+ on one bottle, crazy! Is it for night feeds, is that why you don't want to use a cup?

arbrighton · 07/09/2018 16:25

None is better and the other and you're not supposed to use them after 1 year so don't introduce one, use a cup

ThePants999 · 07/09/2018 18:11

Agree with arbrighton - go straight to a sippy cup, and save yourself the bother of transitioning from a bottle to a sippy cup, which you'd be needing to do now-ish anyway!
