Breast pump issue: smallest flange too big - HELP!

Bit of a long shot so this is probably a question for those of you who exclusively pump and have experience of numerous pumps!

I recently bought a lansinoh 2-in-1 electric as the return to work is looming. It's a great pump and I haven't enough good things to say about the momma bottle and natural wave teat... however my issue is that the smallest (standard) flange available is still too big and consequently my milk supply has tanked as my breasts can't fully empty so my body has been super into thinking I don't need as much milk! Can anyone advise as to whether there are other brands whose flanges will fit the connector on the lansinoh? And other than feeding on demand, what can I do to bring my supply back up in the meantime?

Thanks so much in advance!

I had a similar problem but with a different pump. I was able to get a conversion kit (small piece of plastic that cost about £10!) to use with a smaller flange from another brand. I got it on Amazon, think the brand is maymom and I also think that they start at a 15mm.
What I did in the meantime was use the pump and then hand express at the end.
Hth!

@anotherday - yes, had seen these on Amazon last night but wasn't sure as it looks like they are designed to fit the medela pumps. Are the flanges and connectors two separate parts or one piece?

I don't get much luck with hand expressing, and I'd be worried about taking too much time for pumping sessions (I'd hope that work wouldn't be rubbish about it, but you never know 🙄).

Thanks!

The flange and converter are two separate pieces, although I'm not sure if they do a lansinoh one.
I also can't hand express much without having pumped but I found that the flow was stimulating the breast enough that I could just hand express what was remaining after the pump iykwim?
