Children with emoji faces...

Just that really!
I question why some parents post 'pictures' of their children on social media when they're just going to put a little emoji heart
Over their faces? I'm not talking celebrities here, just regular women I went to school with. Surely, if you're so worried about people seeing your child's face, either tighten the social media settings or don't post the pictures in the first place?!

Maybe it's just me though 😂

You've answered your own question.....

QuietNinjaTardis · 14/08/2018 20:53

Agree. Either post pictures of your kids or don’t. Covering their faces is a waste of time if you’ve photographed every single other inch of them and put it on Fb

@CaptainKirkssparetupee .. it was more an invitation for a discussion that something that needs a final answer! 😊

Someone I know has to do that because her children are adopted and it's a requirement from social services. Not everyone would know her children are adopted either.

QuietNinjaTardis · 14/08/2018 21:21

I know a couple that adopted and they don’t put any photos of their daughter on Facebook.

anotherangel2 · 16/08/2018 08:18

I have only seen it on selling sites or car seat safety advice. Most my friends don’t put their children on social media.

BertieBotts · 16/08/2018 08:19

Yes, I've only seen it where the point of the photo isn't the picture of the child, it's to show something else like the fitting of a car seat or an item they are holding or whatever.

Funnybunnydog · 16/08/2018 08:23

Ive only seen people do this when selling a toy/clothes etc where the kid is just in the picture and not the point of the picture. Ive done it on occasion to other kids whose faces cant be cropped out of pictures of my kids as I dont have their permission/their parents permission to post photos of them.
