dry pailing?

OK I'm geting quite in to real nappies but a quick question please. If I dry pail I know others have suggested putting some?tea tree oil or ? lavender oil on a little bit of cloth in with them. Where do I get it from? I have a body shop 40 minutes in 1 direction and a Neals yard 40 minutes in the other, Boots all over. However I know if I just head out I will end up with a very long walk. Grateful for any help, also where do I buy the disposable liners from? Thankyou

Hiya I only ever bought one set of disposable liners and I got those in Waitrose. Dont knwo if you ahve one near you. Otherwise you can buy them online.

Neals yard should do both oils. Dunno if boots do them but I often pick up some cheap teatree in Wilkinsons.

My Waitrose sell tea tree oil too. Can often get bargain tea tree and lavendar in Holland and Barrett. Or you can order the whole lot online from the nappylady website or any website selling reusable nappies....and get a few different packs of liners to try out that way.

Sorry for the blatent plug, but I do have a mumsnet ad here I have tea trea and liners in stock with free p&p so you don't have to step out of the front door!!

Pixiefish · 30/05/2007 12:51

Buy a piece of fleece and cut it to size to use as liners. Reusable then.

ive got imsevimse liners on for sale board.lavender oil is easy enough to buy in most places.i put it on cloth and stick ti lid of nappy bucket-smells lovely!

TheBlonde · 30/05/2007 22:10

You should be able to get the oils in the Health food shop or the organic supermarket

snugglebumnappies · 31/05/2007 09:26

1dilemma, that's very motivated of you , if you are looking to go out then boots will stock the oils and liners

As for night mappies, have a look at both sites and ask us both questions, apart from the usual core poducts we both have different nappies for sale

Cappuccino · 31/05/2007 09:28

yes like pixie

make fleece liners far better, cheaper, more comfy for child, environmentally friendly etc etc etc

I don't bother with essential oils in my dry pailing tbh as long as the lid fits tight there's no need

thanks sbn (the walking isn't working btw)
