Yes, and sort of. They calmed the drooling down and reduced the overall need for calpol etc but they don't magic all the trouble away.

Oh really I've heard really good things about them, think I might give them a try

There’s only anecdotal evidence that they work. I never bothered because I worried about to choking risk if the bracelet broke. We found the Nelson teething granules the most effective thing.

They do not and cannot work. There is no active ingredient in them, and they are essentially just for decoration. You might get some positive feelings from having tried something to help, but that's about it.

Teething pain responds well to painkillers like Calpol and teething gels with lidocaine in them. Physically rubbing the gums can also help, which is why Nelsons teething granules are popular, plus the baby gets a sugar high from them too.

Amber necklaces/bracelets/anklets are a choking and strangulation hazard, cost much more than actual painkillers and do nothing. I'd save your money.

They’re a huge choking hazard so I wouldn’t go near them. Anbesol Liquid is brilliant along with a good teething toy such as the Matchstick Monkey.

They are woo bollocks and a waste of money. The acid in amber which is supposed to help teething pain would not be released at body heat temperature. And even if it was released would you really want your baby being exposed to untested untrialled substances? This is before we come to the point of them being a choking hazard. Can you tell I don't like them?!

For teething pain I recommend ibuprofen and anbesol liquid.
