Hot, infrequent, pee.

8 month old.
Her pee is ridiculously hot, I can feel it through nappies, clothes and bedsheets.
Shes been having quite a lot of dry nappies lately too.
Her pee seems to really smell, can smell it through nappies and clothes.

No fever.
Definitely a little more grumpy and fussy and clingy.
Still eating and drinking as normal.

Could it just be the hot weather making her a little dehydrated? I thought UTI but she has no fever.

I have no idea how to get more fluids into her. She is just getting used to water in her cup but spits most of it out

Take to a dr and just get a uti check - can have an infection minus a fever...
Smelly dark urine and changes in frequency are classic uti signs, but only way to check is a dip test!
Can have a uti without those signs too..
if youre worried.. check with a doctor - thats what theyre paid for 👍🏻👍🏻

111 may send an ambulance (bit of a joke as a service to be honest!) - if thy do, you can call 999 to cancel it, dont feel pressured into an ambulance - you know your daughter and what is ambulance-worthy.
