Finger Food Help!!

Hi Ladies.

So my 7 month old has started to refuse to eat purée food unless it's yogurt.
But.. she loves finger food.
Can you tell me what finger food you gave & what meal times you think are best to give what. I'm struggling to think of a variety of stuff as she still needs soft food.
Also what would you take out for the day as their meal?

Many thanks x

At 7 months, anything other than nuts, alcohol and honey!

DS refused purées at all, so he was BLW from 6 months. With DD I did BLW anyway. Food does not have to be that soft, baby guns are pretty hard! Some of the food they had:

Cooked veg
Toast with various toppings (I made various toppings by mixing stuff with Philly)
Scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs
Berries
Bananas
Avocados
Fallafel
Chicken, chicken legs
Fish fingers
Pancakes (thick ones, thin ones rolled up)
Cheese cubes
Sausages
Rice cakes
Oat cakes
Cucumber sticks
Cheese straws
Bowl of peas used to keep dd occupied for ages!

We did BLW with DS & doing it again with DD, she's 7 months this week. That's a good list above, in addition DD also has breadsticks, hummus, melon, kiwi, strawberry, pear, pasta, sausages, burgers, pepper, mash, pikelets or crumpets with almond butter, porridge or weetabix made with milk & fruit purée added. I make it thick enough so I can load the spoon & she puts it in her mouth, same with yogurt, she gets it in most times! This week she's tried the frozen Greek yoghurt lollies. She loves them & they're nice on her gums, first two teeth are just poking through. She also likes the kiddilcious banana wafers & peas & the Ella stick things. They're handy to keep in the changing bag in case we're out longer than planned.

They can literally eat anything you eat as long as it not nuts, honey or high in salt. Just cut it into thin fingers or thick so it doesn't fall off a spoon.
