4 year old DD. She normally has porridge for breakfast, or scrambled eggs on toast, followed by a small bowl of fruit (strawberries, blueberries etc). She has a packed lunch at pre school (sandwich, fruit, crackers, chopped cucumber and carrot and yoghurt). A snack when she gets home from pre school, like some breadsticks/an apple/a biscuit. Dinner is standard fare such as chicken fajitas, stir fry, sausage and mash with veg... her favourite dinner is roast lamb, Yorkshire pudding, roast potato, broccoli and carrots. We don’t tend to have pudding but if we do it’s yoghurt and fruit or occasionally ice cream.
She’s tiny (9th centile) but very active and has a big appetite.

Electic carnivore in our house! DD loves all things meat, so would happily eat sausages, ribs and chicken legs all day.

Today has had cornflake breakfast, hummus and cheese sandwich for lunch and for snacks 2 digestive biscuits and a mini pepperami. Drinks water, juice, milk or squash. Dinners typically pasta Bolognese, chicken curry, fish fingers etc.

Loves frozen peas as a snack, and most fruits which are the usual kids favourites like berries. Scoop of ice cream or ice pop for pudding but not every day. Glass of milk or hot chocolate before bed.
