My son is almost at the age where we can try to establish a routine, ideally I would like bath fed bed around 6/7pm. I can't remember the name of the book that is for sleep if anyone can help me out. And also the book for home cookiny that takes your child through the months and what to feed them and how to cook etc etc

How old is your little one? Some people like the baby whisperer. I like some of the things in it but not all the sleep stuff. What is you parenting style?

For food just do blw it is so easy. Traditional weaning confuses me.

Babycalming is a great book. It’s not prescriptive and helps you to come up with a routine that suits both you and baby.

For Weaning try the BLW book Smile

I liked 12 hours in 12 weeks as a sleep trainer/routine. It’s really quick to read.
If you want something really prescriptive you want Gina ford but she is quite firm in her approach!
Andgill rapely wrote the blw book but I also used annabel karmel’s book

For a different approach to parenting, I really rate French children don’t throw food
