I just have birth to a beautiful baby girl on the 25th April and she's feeding and taking to the breast amazingly. I'm winding her after and out her to sleep. Two hours after the last two feeds shes pucked up the whole feed in her sleep.... please help...

Mine did this once or twice. I put it down to wind/her tummy just being over full. I wouldn’t panic unless it carries on but it’s very annoying to see all that lovely milk wasted!

All of mine have done this a few times when small , if it's happening a lot then check with midwife but occasionally it does just happen

This is normal though very shocking to see when it's a real projectile vomit. Not to mention messy..

I think it's often that they've taken in too much. Be watchful for a fever or other signs of illness but otherwise carry on as you are.

Mine both did this. I have oversupply and a fast let down. It persisted until around 8 months with both. However, it was much worse with my first and she was eventually diagnosed with reflux. It was very hard to get the diagnosis though because, due to the fast let down and oversupply, she was gaining weight well. This meant my concerns were dismissed for several months.

If she seems otherwise ok, I'd leave it a week while she's getting used to your milk coming in, and see how she goes. She may just do this from time to time. However, if you start to get a lot of screaming and discomfort etc, it could well be reflux and worth getting that checked out.

(Oversupply - always a bit more milk than required)
(Fast let down - the milk squirts from the breast quite forcefully, causing the baby to also swallow air and to fill up too quickly)
