Hi, popping over from your bottle thread
I have a 14 month old who has CMPA as well as egg and peanut allergies, it is a total pain in the ass! Oh and she is still on her bottles of Aptimal Pepti. I don't see them stopping for a while yet.
Despite the allergies, she is a pretty good water, but she does have a lot of repetition.
Breakfast is porridge made with her formula, with blueberries and raspberries added and mixed up before cooking.
Lunch tends to be where I struggle most, on child minder days it's an Ella's Kitchen toddler pot, the spaghetti Bolognese and chicken curry ones are both diary free and popular. She'll have half of one for lunch.
Dinners tend to be either beef stew and mash, shepherds pie that I've made with diary free alternatives, salmon with sweet potato and veggies, or pasta with a broccoli and tomato sauce.
Snack wise it may be toast with hummus, organic crispies or rice cakes, along with fruit (depending on what she is, or isn't, enjoying at the time).
We also bulk buy these as they are her favourite things in the world...

She's only allowed one a day as I'm not convinced they are that healthy, but she is such a tiny thing that I'm happy to let it go.
We are meant to be doing the ladder at the moment, but I'm finding it very hard to motivate myself as I hate the idea of causing a reaction. Ours are pretty mild, hives more of less straight away, scratching and eczema. Luckily breathing doesn't seem to be impacted.
We have worked out that pancakes are ok in small doses, same with toddler sachets with milk on the ingredients list. It causes red flushes but not the hives.
Egg pasta seemed ok, but I think more sauce was sucked off than pasta eaten!
I need to step it up and try things like custard, but I know that will cause a reaction.
Apologies for the very long and rambling post!!
