Should I skip DD's dinner?

My DD is 7.5 months old and got up quite late this morning, so my whole days timings are waaay out.
Then she goes and falls asleep for over an hour!

She got up about 10 (milk feed, BF)
Breakfast was about 12ish
Out to a baby yoga class until 3 got home about 4 by wich time she was asleep.
She slept till 5.30
So Lunch was at 5.30!!

Bedtime is about 7.30 - 8, with a BF before going down.

Should I try to squeeze some dinner in before all that??
She surely won't have room for it all! But if I skip dinner am I an awful mother!
I can always give her an extra BF is she wakes in the night?

Help, what should I do for the best?

I'd skip it. DS often misses his tea (at 7 months) if we're running late. Mind you, he feeds a lot at night anyway

I doubt she'll notice !

Of course you're not a bad mother...just being adaptable! I think it would be difficult to get another meal in between 'lunch' and bed tonight. Just go with the flow, she'll let you know if she's hungry.
(saying this from the point of view of someone who never had mealtimes with DS at all so probably not the best example!!)

Well...I don't really have meal times either, but I normally manage to get all three into a day!

Oh good, I feel better and more sure that I am not sending my poor DD to bed with no supper!
Well.. I realise that is exactly what I am doing, but I don't feel so bad about doing it now!
