Help me with lunch box ideas

My son has high functioning autism. He won't eat any fruit or veg and he has a very limited diet, mostly beige, dry foods.
I'm getting stuck with ideas for his lunchbox for school. No point him staying school dinners as he would just not eat.
A typical day he has the following
A carton of orange juice (no bits)
A dairylea lunchable (leaves the ham), a cheese sandwich (has to be grated) or cheese triangles and cream crackers
A fromage frais yoghurt or chocolate mousse
2 cheese strings or 2 babybels
A packet of ready salted crisps
A chocolate roll or chocolate biscuit
A small homemade plain bun

He takes a packet of mini cheddars for morning snack.

Any ideas for similar things for a bit of variety would be much appreciated.

If he eats a small homemade plain bun and likes cheese, would he possibly like a savoury cheese scone or savoury cheese muffin? If you google savoury muffin recipes there are loads of different variants on the basic theme, some with grated veg or additions in like a "pizza muffin" but others more plain. What about slices of homemade pizza? Or wraps cut into pinwheels with something like cream cheese in. Does he eat peanut butter as that's another good filling for protein, if school allows nuts.

Other ideas - mini falafel, or mini meatballs. Cold pasta salad or pasta mixed with pesto maybe? In terms of snacks would he eat hard boiled eggs? Cut up cucumber sticks?

My DS is quite fussy and I give him
Pancakes
Slice of pizza
Chicken nuggets
Sausage roll
Chicken sandwich
As the main bit

And then apple, crisps, crackers or biscuits.

Does he like pastry? If so, cheese straws might go down well. Particularly if homemade with his favourite cheese. Or a savoury cheese tart etc.

Mine have cheese spread sandwich (most days)
Dairylea dunker (varies from cracker to jumbo tubes ones)
Frube/Yoghurt
Piece of fruit
Crisps
A mini pack of biscuits
Sometimes makes pastas, like tuna pasta or cheese and ham Smile
