13 month old routine down the toilet :( how do i get it back on track

Up until recently DD 13 months has been in a pretty nice routine:

630 awake
730 breakfast
900 bottle and nap
1000 up and play
1230 lunch
130 bottle and nap
300 up and play
500 dinner
630 bath bottle bed
Sleeps through the night

A few weeks ago naps started to go a bit all over the place, taking forever to fall asleep, resisting afternoon nap all together.
We decided she might be ready to move to 1 nap, and therefore have been doing this for the last week.

So new routine is:
630-7 awake
730 breakfast
8-11 plays
1100 bottle and nap ( as she gets used to new routine we will push this closer to midday)
1230-1 up and plays ( she never ever sleeps longer than 1hr30 in her cot)
130 lunch
200-430out and about
430 dinner
600 bath bottle bed
Doesn't sleep through the night and is hungry at 430 so has a bottle.

Having a bottle a 430 then means she doesn't eat much breakfast, which has a knock on effect all day resulting in another night where she is hungry.

Due to her now only having 1 nap she is skipping a bottle which is where the problem is, but I don't know how to fix it. I offer her lots of food, but she's never been a great eater, hense why she still has 3 bottles a day. She can't really go back to 2 naps as that wasn't working either, so I am at a loss as to what to do. She's my first, so any advise from more experienced mum's appreciated!

I should add that whilst she has a bottle before her naps and bedtime, she isn't feeding to sleep. She is usually wide awake for 5-10 minutes playing in her cot before she self settles. Girl has never fed to sleep in her life much to my despair as a newborn!

My DD has a small bottle at 4 pm then tea at 5, could that work?

She could be overtired too? I remember that nap transition being rough and until my DS was sleeping 2 hours or more from 12 I tried to give him a short nap (usually in the car) around 4/5pm to stop him being completely exhausted by bedtime. That means bedtime could be a bit later and you could fit in a snack or another bottle

Rather than drop the nap every day, try every other day.

I don't think she is over tired, she doesn't fuss when I put her down at 630, and will often lay awake for 5-10 minutes before settling to sleep. She also sleeps straight through from 630pm-4am which is a pretty long time . if she were over tired her sleep would be alot more eractic than that? Or maybe I'm wrong?

It’s just a very long day for a 13 month old with only 1.5 hour nap and such a long gap from 12.30 to 6. Maybe even try a super early bedtime like 5/5.30 to see if that helps until her nap moves back and hopefully lengthens a bit. I have no idea really though, eventually she’ll find her way again - the transitions are difficult.

Maybe a snack/bottle at 2.30/3ish while you are out? Also I know you said she doesn’t eat much so needs the bottles, but my friends DD didn’t eat much until she actively weaned her off bottles at 18m. She was too full from milk to eat, and massively preferred milk. Her appetie for solid food improved practically overnight so that’s something you could consider? (Not a problem I had with my DS who absolutely loved food and went up several percentiles as soon as he started eating. I hope 5 month old DD is the same)
