Both on the line... spread out to dry the fastest way for both of them.

I'll check back every 30 mins and see which dries fastest and how long each takes.

(I am faaaaaaaaar too dedicated to you lot!)

LOL! You are so SAD! Go and get a life Snort!

Indith · 22/04/2007 14:37

lol

far too nice to those of us with tiny little flats and no drying space anyway!

Should we start taking bets?

Flamesparrow · 22/04/2007 14:46

Fluffle wins... 2 hours.

Still prefer the non-manmadeness of the quickflip though. I'll let you know how long it takes.

This is drying them on the line, so obv will have to add a couple of hours for indoor drying.

Whats a quickflip?

Indith · 22/04/2007 14:51

True natural materials are good. 2 hours outside, wow! Takes a good bit longer indoors!

Many thanks tho!

Flamesparrow · 22/04/2007 15:00

quick flip

Its two layers of terry sewn into a design that opens completely flat, but still has the elastic down the legs (which is the only bit that takes that much longer to dry).

Really really cool - like a flat terry, but with the shape and containment of a shaped nappy

Flamesparrow, I am going to be bankrupt soon with all these lovely nappies that I just HAVE to have!!!!

Flamesparrow · 22/04/2007 15:24

definately don't look here then And I would advise not contacting her with a custom material idea you fancy seeing if she will find....

Have to find more stuff to sell on ebay to fund my nappy habit.

SoupDragon · 22/04/2007 15:36

You know I'm teasing...

DaisyMOO · 22/04/2007 18:33

I've been trialing a Kwik Flip and it take aaaaages to dry even outside in bright sunshine. My Bumbles dry way faster and are less bulky.

Flamesparrow · 22/04/2007 19:16

I've not tried a bumble... I got distracted and forgot to keep timing, but I know that it was finished within 5 hours (probably closer to 4 1/2).

flame - i bought 2 fluffles months ago and I love them...they're always the first I use every time I do a wash!

but one's retained its lovely fluffiness and looks like new and the pile on the other is massively reduced - any idea why that might be?

I'll need to buy some size 2s in a few months time...

DaisyMOO · 22/04/2007 21:14

I believe the fabric that Fluffles are made from has changed fairly recently - if it doesn't seem right then you could try contacting Tots for an exchange.

It's the elasticated areas on my Kwik Flip that took so long to dry and they were just so incredibly bulky. We've used cloth nappies for about 6 years now and even dh commented on it.

Flamesparrow · 22/04/2007 21:55

I am used to bambineos so most things seem a bit bulky to me... I would have said they were about the same as fluffles.

I would definately contact tots bots about the difference in pile - it doesn't sound right.
