Can I go to a health clinic for a weigh in that's not in my area?

My parents live near enough to me but technically in a different county and there is a clinic near them that suits me time wise to go to when I go to see them with DD. Can I visit it? Or are there rules about this?

Yes you can from my experience - you just need your red book

My baby clinic has signs up saying they will only weigh babies from that borough (London).

Do you have to go for any particular medical reason? I never took either of mine to the HV weighing clinics - it's not essential.

My baby was premature so I was advised to get her weighed every week, sometimes I am at my parents and it's just easier to go to another clinic near them if possible. The ones near me also only run at certain times
