I am a university student from South Korea who is interested in 'No kids allowed' issue
While i have been researching about saying 'No kids' culture in Korea, i heard that there is no serious issue related to 'No kids allowed' in England from my english friend
Furtheremore, if there exists a 'No kids allowed' restaurant, my friend said that, that restaurant will lose its reputation because 'No kids allowed' could violate child's rights
It was so interesting for me because still there are some arguments related to 'No kids allowed' restaurants and cafe in Korea

So question :

  1. Is it problem of parents who do not take care their children in public places? do we have a right to judge those parents who do not take care children making a noise in public sector?
  1. I think that owner is also a sort of stakeholder. If owners keep using 'No kids allowed', it keeps blocking to solve problem of saying 'No'
This is why i have been trying to create new word to alter 'No kids allowed' which is quite negative name Anyway, what do you think about owners. Is it also problem of owners who use 'No kids allowed'?

I know of quite a few restaurants that don’t allow children, it’s not really an issue at all, great restaurants that I happily visit without my children. I don’t see the problem.
