Suggestions for evening routine?

I have 3 DC: DD1 (9), DD2 (6) & DS1 (6 months).
Would anyone have any suggestions for an after school and evening routine for tea, homework, relaxation, bath & bed time?
That includes me & DH too!
My DD1 has SEN and the teachers have advised me to work little & often on her school work at home which includes, reading, spellings & timestables.
I’ve also noticed that DD2 has fallen behind with school work as she has recently started sharing a room with DD1 and this has knocked her bedtime so she’s not getting to sleep as early as I’d like. Really I’d just like to listen to her read each night (say 20 mins).

Throw in DS1’s bedtime & ideally some downtime for me & DH too & I’m now wondering how best to approach it all!
Any ideas?
(Any help much appreciated!)

I don't know if it's really any help but I can tell you our routine.
I have DS (5) and DD (2). We do reading and homework as soon as we get in from school, that way it's done and my son gets to relax after. That's usually done by 4pm. Then I start preparing tea and the kids chill out in the living room playing/fighting and watching TV.
Tea is at 5pm and we are usually finished and cleaning up by 530pm.
Then the kids have to tidy their toys in the living room and earn a bedtime snack (biscuit) for good tidying.
Bath time is at 6pm and I do my DD first followed by DS and that's usually done by 620-630ish.
I aim to get DD to bed at 630 but it's sometimes closer to 7. I go up and read 1 story before tucking her in.
DS gets about a half hour of telly before bed, then telly goes off and he gets 2 stories before we take him up to bed for around 730pm.
730-10pm is time for myself and hubby to relax :) obviously it doesn't go perfectly every night and we don't bother with baths at weekends but it's about what works for you. Your children are older so may need a later bedtime.
Hope this can help in some way. :)

@Bluemoon88 Thanks! I’ll see what I could use from that.👍🏼
