Sorry if it’s a dumb question-I have brain fog!
What can I do if not too late to stop her waking an hour early on Sunday? Thank you!

Put her to bed an hour later? Although do it gradually over the next few days.

TBH, there are no fool proof methods, there's always a good dose of luck involved as to whether your child can be "manipulated" in this way.

Just carry on as normal. As you would yourself. You feel a bit out of sorts at first then get used to it quickly.

With my PFB I did overthink this. Now with my two dcs, I just carry on and might tweak meal times etc but generally they get through it in a few days!
