Not sure what the weather will be like, but there is plate painting if it rains. When i went I didn't have much money so extra paid activities were pretty limited. Did the swimming, boating, play areas, lots of cycling exploring in the woods, etc. Was only there for three days though.....but god my bottom hurt, whilst ds enjoyed the rides in the buggy thing that goes on the back and also the road train thing. Have fun!

remember lots of towels - swimming and villa. i'd hire a bike with trailer and not bother with the pushchair that's what i did with my twins the last few times and they're 2. if the weather is good you don't need any other activities because the playgrrounds and pool are so good - they have swim jackets so no need for them and take a little cool bag if you want to stay by the pool for lunch and have something other than chips. my 3 have all enjoyed the messy play or parachute type activities. i have really enjoyed taking turns with my dh to go to aqua sana for 3 hours - so take a book for that! i took grobags for the cots as well as sheets because it was cold in the forest at night! buckets and spades for the beach were good too. the shop is quite pricey but has everything.

seriously your own pillows theirs are awful . And ps check the vill has been cleaned probably before you unpack . (complain nicely and a very good freebie will be offered ) (only if the villa is bad though like ours was LOL )

Enjoy the pool/spa area, our dd (20 months) loved it every time! Have fun!

Study the info. book they send you and book stuff in advance - maybe some childcare?

I thought the supermarket was OK, and it's fine to eat out once or twic. Very child-friendly restaurants. Bikes and trailers are great, swimming pool great.

Check whether you need to bring sheets/towels in your accommodation.

Have fun - enjoy the wildlife, your kids will love the stuff they see out of your villa window. Which one are you going to?

Went 3 months ago with my 2yr old and she loved it!! The food is pretty basic, took loads of groceries and stuff for our villa so we could take packed lunches out withus but the restaurant/cafes are so tempting due to teh fact they have play areas we tenfded to eat out a lot as well but just don't expect particularly high qulaity food. The kids menus are quite varied and they are really child friendly and there were two really nice restaurants that dh & i went to in the evening alone as the other great thing is the babysitting service!!

It was our first holiday as a family and i am hooked!! Even if you didn't book the pool is fab and there are play areas everywhere inside and out all of which are obviously free and that alone fills a lot of your time, you can always book when you get there but on teh first day preferably as it gets booked up quickly!! Spa treatments i'd book before you go though! My 2 yr old did a messy play type class which she loved but it was an added bonus rather than a neccesity!
