Coping with looking after big baby when you have fibro and CFS - advice/suggestions

I obviously knew before I got pregnant that it would be difficult looking after a baby bearing in mind that I have fibromyalgia and CFS. I wasn't expecting my son to be quite so big so soon though Hmm He is under 5 months and weighs over 21lb (98th percentile or so). This means that carrying him is not optional as he can't walk yet and I'm home alone with him during the day (on mat leave). At the moment I can manage BUT he is so tall that he is now at the very limit of the changing table (70cm) and I will struggle to change him on the floor and certainly to pick him up again. Can you buy bigger changing tables and where from? And does anyone have suggestions for making things easier as he continues to get bigger and heavier? I can't use a sling so that is out. Any suggestions or tales of your experiences welcome.

That does sound a bit tricky. We used a normal table to change our first - can you just put a changing mat on a desk or similar?

Thanks for your reply. What I am using at the moment is a chest of drawers where the top has a changing section (from Mothercare) but it has a lip all the way round so his feet can't just stick over the end, hence his height being a problem. There isn't a desk in the house that I could use. Technically I could use the bed in our room I suppose but all the supplies (nappies, cotton wool pads, creams etc) and the nappy bin are in the nursery so it would be a right faff Confused
