My 15yrold twins walk to school and my 11yrold son wants to walk with them instead of using bus like he did last week would you trust the 15yrold boys to look after and make sure the road is safe for the 11yrold??

Erm, why wouldn't you?

And why wouldn't an 11yo be able to walk to school safely himself?

Unless they have a habit of causing trouble, or are very unpredictable, or unkind, then yes.
Go through the rules with all of them, including where your younger is to wait if they are late out, and that it's the twins job to do road safety.
Assuming the twins have mobiles, but does the 11 year old?

I'm sure they'd be fine but think it's too much responsibility depending on the severity of the SN
